  Absolutely delicious cakes! I used catherines cakes for our wedding cakes. We had an idea in mind but could not have dreamt how it'll turn out. Catherine was so receptive and the cake was stunning! It looked too good to cut. However, we did cut it and the cake flavours were amazing. Everyone commented on how delicious it was and how unique the flavours were. I would recommend her to anyone for any occasion. We also spoke to Catherine about having shortbread favours. These were out of this world! They were unique and stunningly decorated. No one had seen anything like them before and it worked into the theme of our wedding. We couldn't recommend Catherine enough!
